Ministry of Environment, KEFRI Develop Jaza Miti App in Significant Stride Toward Planting 15Billion Trees

The Kenyan Ministry of Environment, Climate Change, and Forestry, in partnership with KEFRI, developed the Jaza Miti App as an essential step towards realising the ambitious aim of planting 15 billion trees by 2032.

This ground-breaking mobile tool, which is accessible on both Google Play and the Apple tool Store, is expected to transform efforts to plant trees across the country.

By helping users choose the best tree species for their particular geographic location, Jaza Miti App makes the process of planting trees easier.

With this effective tool at their disposal, people and organisations can support Kenya’s aim of reforestation, combating climate change, and securing a greener, more sustainable future for all.

Kenyans are being urged to download the Jaza Miti App and join the campaign in order to participate in Kenya’s green revolution. We have a lot of power to change the world when we work together.
