Wiper leader Dr. Kalonzo Musyoka has been dragged to a land dispute pitting five clans in Meru County.
A murder suspect before Justice Alfred Mabeya has demanded a transcript of communication between the former VP and security officials to aid his defence.
The suspect, Joseph Mikamati claimed Musyoka had intimidated Government officials and elders in a bid to grab the land.
It is not clear why Musyoka, a native of Mwingi Subcounty, would be interested in the land.
