The Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) has advertised twelve vacancies for the 2026 Pupillage Programme.
In a public notice on Wednesday, September 24, PSC invited Kenya School of Law (KSL) students to apply for the programme.
PSC noted that the programme will commence in January 2026 and will take a period of six months.
“The Parliamentary Service Commission now seeks to engage twelve (12) highly motivated Kenyans to undertake their Pupilage Programme with the Parliament of Kenya for a period of six months commencing January 2026,” read the notice in part.
Applicants are required to hold at least a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree (Upper Second-Class Honors) from a recognized university, be admitted to KSL, and be sitting for the bar examinations in November 2025.
Other requirements include good verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili, with a score of at least a “B” plain grade in both subjects, computer literacy, and a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and to be part of a team handling challenging tasks within specific timelines.
How to Apply
Interested applicants are required to complete the Parliamentary Service Commission Job Application Form (Form 1J).
The form can be downloaded from www.parliament.go.ke or obtained from the Commission reception desk on the Ground Floor, County Hall, Parliament Buildings, Nairobi, during office hours.
The application should be accompanied by a copy of the letter of admission to the Kenya School of Law, certified copies of academic certificates, and testimonials.
“Application Form and copies of certificates and testimonials shall be emailed as a single PDF file attachment to recruitment.pupils@gmail.com to be received on or before 30th of September, 2025,” PSC added.
The commission warned that applications from applicants who do not complete the Form 1J will not be considered.
