Authorities raided Jinxin Commercial Ltd, a scrap metal go-down in Athi River, on Saturday morning and discovered an assortment of copper and aluminum scrap metals suspected of being stolen from recently vandalized power lines and substations.
Officers say the suspect exported 10 tonnes of copper worth Ksh.8 million in the last two weeks.
