The Azimio La Umoja Coalition Party flag-bearer Raila Odinga will on Wednesday take his campaigns to Tana River County after landing in Malindi, Kilifi County, on Tuesday night to start a four-day tour of the Coast region.
The ODM party leader was received by Governor Hassan Joho and Kilifi leaders including governor candidate Gideon Mung’aro and he is scheduled to visit at least four counties.
The tour will begin in Hola, Tana River, where the former Prime Minister is expected to meet with county leaders before holding a rally in Hola Town.
The ODM leader will also hold a series of rallies in Garsen and Gongoni (Magarini) areas.
He is also expected to join the Pokomo Council of Elders, who will endorse Governor Dhadho Godhana in his reelection bid.
The Azimio campaign team will travel to Kilifi on Thursday and then to Kwale on Friday.
On Saturday, Mr. Odinga’s rallies will be held in Mombasa.
