The case against the Redeemed Gospel Church of Kenya administrator has been Withdrawn after the complainant moved the court to pursue Court settlement.
Mrs. Michael Munyendo who was charged with illegal possession of government stores informed the Court that the complainant in the case was her husband and they had opted to settle the matter amicably.
She appeared in court on February 9 and pleaded not guilty to the offence and was released on Kes 40,000 cash bail.
The husband chose to withdraw the matter after reconciling with her wife.
