The case was coming up for pretrial to confirm whether all parties have been served with documents and statements in the case.
Lady Justice Stella Mutuku, however, directed that they appear before Lady Justice Jessie Lessit on October 23 as she has been held in a long hearing of the Willie Kimani murder case.
Governor Okoth Obado is accused of having a hand in the brutal murder of Sharon Otieno, in 2018.
