The fate of Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi and his Soy counterpart Caleb Kositany lies with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution over claims they organized the stoning and destruction of a chopper belonging to ODM leader Raila Odinga at the weekend.
The incident happned in Kabenes, Soy Uasin Gishu County during the burial of Mzee Jackson Kibor.
The two have denied claims they organized the chaos.
They were grilled in Nakuru yesterday as police plan to grill more suspects over the incident.
So far more than 20 people have been grilled and some have accepted they were bribed and ordered to stone the chopper.
The officers will forward the file to the ODPP with recommendations to charge various suspects.
