BY PRUDENCE WANZA – The burial of the late Tob Cohen has been pushed to tomorrow at 2.30 pm.

Cohen was expected to be buried today at the Jewish ceremony on Wangari Mathai road in a function scheduled to start at 1.30 pm where the court had issued orders for Sarah Wairimu, estranged wife and a suspect in the murder of Cohen to attend.

According to sources who spoke to Uzalendonews only 8 priests were present whereas the Jewish religion requires 10 priests to be present for one to be laid to rest.

Cohen is said to have been a staunch Jew and it would only be appropriate to lay him to rest decently following the procedures of the Jewish religion.

Since the disappearance and discovery of Cohen’s body in a septic tank in his Kitsuru home police have held in custody his wife Sarah Wairimu Kamotho who is expected to be charged with murder on September 26.
