Top student scores 440 in 2019 KCPE Results

Andy Michael Munyiri from Damacrest School, Thogoto, is 2019 KCSE Examinations top student, after scoring 440 marks.

He was closely followed by a tie of 3 students; Flavian Onyango from Chakol Girls Primary School, June Cheptoo Koech from Sangalo Primary School and Sean Ndung’u from Kitengela International School, who scored 439 Marks.

While announcing the results, Education Cabinet Secretary Prof George Magoha confirmed that there was a general improvement in performance, despite the drop in the score for the top students.

Further statistics have shown that male students performed better in science subjects while the female students performed better in languages.
