Two charged with stealing a Motorcycle from Central Police Station

BY PRUDENCE WANZA – Two people have been charged with stealing from Central police station.


The two,Philip Mwanzia Mutie and Josphat Musyoka Mutie are accused of  a motor cycle registration no.KMEW 402C valued at 112,000 from Central police station parking yard which was detained as an exhibit.


The two pleaded not guilty before senior Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi at the Milimani law courts.


They were released on a bond of Sh 200,000 or an alternative cash bail of Sh.100,000.


The case will be mentioned on 23rd September, 2019 and heard on 9th October, 2019.
