A sombre mood engulfed Hurlingham Estate in Nairobi’s Njiru ward after a wall collapsed on workers at a glass cleaning shed.Â
According to locals within the area, the wall collapsed as a result of the ongoing rains, that weakened the soil in the area.
The casualties worked at a glass cleaning enterprise stationed right behind the wall.
The injured, who suffered deep cuts from the iron sheet structure, were rushed to nearby hospitals for treatment.
