We Are Not Owned By Johnstone Muthama — UDA Claims

The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party has criticized allegations made by Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria about its ownership and other operational difficulties.

UDA secretary general Veronica Maina issued a press statement dismissing Kuria’s claim that former Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama owned it.

The hustlers own UDA, which is related to Deputy President William Ruto and his associates.

“We wish to state categorically that UDA is neither Hon Johnstone Muthama’s party nor it is managed by sitting MPs. On the Contrary, UDA is the Hustler’s party,” the statement read.

The Wheelbarrow party further slammed Kuria’s claim that former South Mugirango MP Omingo Magara owned a PDP linked with the UDA.

Magara, according to Maina’s statement, is a full member of the UDA.

She goes on to explain that the UDA is in talks with former Agriculture CS Mwangi Kiunjuri, as well as party leader TSP, about charting a cohesive political strategy ahead of 2020.
