BY LYNN KYALO – One woman has been charged of beating up a lady causing bodily harm at the kibera law courts.
The accused is alleged to have beaten up a lady who she claimed was sending text messages to her husband on June 21st in Kibera area, Nairobi county.
Edna Gisare the accused is said to have caused bodily harm on the neck, chest and breast of Noel, the complainant.
The accused pleaded guilty before principal magistrate Hon B.Ombewa.
She was denied bond and held in custody.
The case will be mentioned on 10th july 2019.
