The multistorey office complex has ranked ahead of the Nairobi GTC Residential Tower 4 and the Social Security House (NSSF) that rank the 17 member list of buildings above 100 meters.

The 104-meter tower is located about 2km from the Nairobi central business district. It boasts some 26 storeys of prime office space on 2nd Ngong Avenue in Upper Hill, among the prime spaces in Nairobi.

The tower also hosts three basement parking floors, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor, five upper parking floors, and 15 prime office floors.

The building, owned by the Upper Hill Chambers Ltd, has a huge arcade on the ground floor, as well as roof-top penthouses that offer stunning views of the city and its environs.

Among the green facilities utilized in powering the tower, include solar power as its main source of energy, to tame over-reliance of the electric power.

Upper Hill Chambers was built by China Wu Yi Company, that has been slowly gaining ground and portfolio in Kenya’s construction industry.
