Crocodile Attack in Isiolo! Man Injured in Bulesa

A 42-year-old man is being treated for injuries at a private health facility in Isiolo town after being attacked by a crocodile in Bulesa.

Kaka Alkano was reportedly crossing the Ewaso Nyiro River on his way to Garbatulla when he was attacked by the beast.

He was taken to a nearby health facility, but was later transferred to Isiolo for specialised treatment.

Alkano has a broken leg and hand, but he is responding well to treatment.

Salad Alkano, his brother, now wants the Kenya Wildlife Services (KWS) to chip in and help pay for the Ksh.330,000 surgery bill.

“My brother now has a broken leg and a hand, I want him now to be assisted as a disabled person,” Salad said.
