Sarah Wairimu wants the court to allow her attend Cohen’s burial at Jewish Cemetery on Wangari Mathai road.
Through her advocate Philip Murgor, Wairimu wants the court to issue a production order to the OC Langata women’s prison to produce and escort her to the burial of the late Tob Cohen
Both Wairimu and Tob’s sister Gabriele through their lawyers Murgor and Cliff Ombeta had agreed to have the DCI,DPP and prison Authorities facilitate the arrangement so that the late Tob Cohen can be accorded a decent send off
Sarah had earlier objected to the burial of the late Tob Cohen without her involvement. Adding that Tob Cohen’s sister has no legal mandate to take Cohen’s body and bury him.
Through a letter addressed to Chiromo Mortuary by Philip Murgor Sarah had demanded that the burial permit should be issued to no one else but her.
