BY PRUDENCE WANZA – The Director of Kenya walking survivors limited, a tour services company has been charged with obtaining money by false pretences.
Lysaniash Otieno Onjwayo is accused of obtaing over Sh. 11m from different foreigners by falsely pretending that he was able to offer them tour and accommodation services as tourists in Kenya.
He is alleged to have committed the offences on diverse dates this year,2019. He denied the charges before Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi at the Milimani law courts.
He was released on a bond of Sh. 500,000 or an alternative cash bail of Sh. 300,000.
The case has been set for a mention on 5th September, 2019.
