BY PRUDENCE WANZA – A man has been charged with stealing over Ksh.1.2m from Water Resources Management Authority.
Walter Odari Aguvasu is accused of stealing with others that were not before court ,Ksh. 1,238,307 from Water resources management Authority.
Odari faces another count of conspiracy to commit a felony of stealing the said money.
He is alleged to have committed the offence on 24th March,2016 and 5th June,2017 at Water Resources Management Authority.
He denied the charges before chief Magistrate Francis Andayi at the Milimani law courts.
The accused person was released on a bond of Sh.100,000 or an alternative cash bail of Sh. 60,000. The case has been set for hearing on 2nd November,2019.
