A man is facing fraud charges after defrauding a company of Ksh. 1.9 Million to take ladies to Saudi Arabia.
Thomas Gori Oyaro was charged with obtaining Sh 17,209 US dollars (Ksh. 1.9Million) for the services he allegedly never provided.
He was charged that on the diverse between March 26, 2021 and May 19, 2021, obtained them from Alhaqq Agencies Limited by falsely pretending that he was in a position to provide the company with ladies to travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The ladies were to be listed for domestic work for the Complainant’s counterpart company Alnaif recruitment Agency at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
