Miritini road temporarily closed after landslide

Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has closed Miritini Mwache Kipevu as a result of earth movement. The move follows persistent heavy rains in Mombasa that have affected the road elevation.

The road is temporarily closed for 48 hours. KeNHA Director General Peter Mundinia urged motorists to use the alternative Miritini- Kwa Jomvu Mombasa road.
