Moha Jicho Pevu Wanted By Police

Mohammed Ali aka. Moha Jicho Pevu, a Nyali Member of Parliament, has been issued an arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on October 4, 2021.

Noordin Hassan Abdallah alias Kamanda, a terror suspect who escaped bail, had the MP as a surety.

In case number 846/16, Abdallah was charged with being in possession of radicalization articles.

"Noordin was arrested in 2019 at Shimoni in Kwale while conducting recruitment and radicalization of local youths into Islamic State and was later released on bond."
"He is an associate of Salim Rashid Mohamed alias Chotara alias Turki-an IS operative who was filmed in June 2021 conducting beheading in DRC," reads an excerpt of the court documents.

Noordin was arrested again in Mombasa in 2020 after he was captured on CCTV camera mugging two people.

He was eventually released on bond and has not been seen by police since.

Ali has since stated that he is unaware of the arrest warrant.
