BY PRUDENCE WANZA – Nairobi MCA Ann Thumbi wants the partenity case of the son she sired with the late Ken Okoth closed.
In a letter addressed to the Chief Magistrate Milimani Commercial Courts, Thumbi states that since the DNA results obtained indicate that Okoth is the father to the minor the matter should be closed as all other matters are to be dealt with by the high court.
“The matter be marked as closed as other matters are to be dealt with by the high court in the probate and administration division,” states Thumbi in the letter.
Thumbi was presented by her lawyer Danstan Omari .
