Yatta, Masinga Professional Demand 30 Percent Pie

Masinga and Yatta professionals have demanded a 30 per cent share of the Machakos next County Government.

The professional led by Daniel Mutinda say they are no longer interested with the running mate position since it has never helped them.

Mutinda said the last two Deputy Governors, Joseph Kiala and Engineer Maliti have not helped the area.

“We has Kiala. We got nothing. Then Maliti. Nothing. Now they want to hood wink us with Francis Mwangangi. We are not boarding”, he said.

The professionals drawn from all the sub counties said they wanted a share of the Government and not the useless deputy Governor position.

They want the next Government to engage professionals and not the running mate narrative that has no value.

“We want to work with the right people and not a cable of crooks like those hired by Mutua”, Kitii said.

He dismissed Wavinya Ndeti’s running mate as a disgrace who failed as Yatta MP.

Mutinda said Wavinya had already given 50 per cent of her Government to his cousin Patrick Makau and there is nothing left.

“Wavinya mortgaged Machakos budget long before the ballot was cast. 50 per cent to Makau and the other 50 per cent to Wiper. We must reject her”, Mutinda said.

Alex Kathinzi from Kívaa reitarated his region’s commitment to the Waita and Suluhu wave, saying the region has previously lagged behind despite endless promises.

“The whole of Masinga is with the Government of Waita Na Suluhu.  Let us support them to Bring Sustainable Development.”
