A Nigerian and three Kenyans will be held in police custody for a week while the death of a man who collapsed at a night party in Kilimani is investigated.
The court on Thursday extended the four suspects’ detention orders until July 28 to allow for psychiatric evaluations.
Principal Magistrate Kennedy Cheruiyot of Milimani Court gave the directives.
Sumar Kabir Kamara, Vera Osebe Omari, Diana Moraa, and Annestine Mamuji Helmut are the suspects, according to court documents.
They are being investigated in connection with the death of a guy who was discovered dead at an apartment in Kilimani.
The suspects will be transferred to Mathare hospital for psychiatric evaluation, according to authorities.
