Kalonzo Musyoka has sensationally claimed that IEBC plans to rig Machakos Governor elections.
Kalonzo, who accompanied Raila in a tour of Machakos clashed with Nzioka Waita in Masinga, Matuu, Masii and Athi River during a campaign tour that turned nasty.
It all started at Masinga where Waita supporters boowed Kalonzo when he appealed to him to support Wavinya.
At Athi River, Kalonzo asked Waita to step down for Wavinya…because she has been rigged many times.
Wavinya lost to Dr. Alfred Mutua of Wiper in 2013, lost to Mutua of Chap Chap in a 2018 and lost a subsequent by election.
Between 2013 and 2022, Wavinya has fought fierce political battles with Kalonzo, Muthama and Waita.
The battle Royale between Kalonzo and Waita comes at a time when the Wiper supremo has been stuttering between going it alone and supporting Raila.
He is the Prime Minister designate if the constitution is changed after the election.
So what did Kalonzo say to Waita.
Masinga
I will talk to Waita to step down for Wavinya(the crowd boowed)
Matuu
Waita should not entertain Dr. Mutua. I will crash him. I am coming back home to campaign for Wavinya.
Masii
Wavinya is a good lady. Waita must wait. We don’t want rigging(sic).
We are tired of Wavinya being rigged out. Waita must step down to preserve his dignity(sic).
