County Gala Awards (CGA) has developed a new report on how different leaders did in the previous year.
The report, which was created following a thorough survey performed between January 1 and February 30, 2021, was released in June and details county performance in various categories.
Governor Alfred Mutua was chosen the greatest governor in the country for his excellent implementation of successful initiatives in his county, while Caroline Karugu of Nyeri county was named the best deputy governor.
Senator Mutula Kilonzo Junior of Makueni County was chosen the best senator at the 2021 County Gala Awards.
Nakuru County, which is led by Governor Lee Kinyanjui, was declared the best performing county in the country.
Sabina Chege, the Murang’a County Woman Representative, was voted the best performing woman representative.
Otiende Omollo, MP for Rarienda, won the award for best performing Member of Parliament, while Abdi Guyo, MCA for Matopeni Ward, won the award for best performing MCA.
