Former Masinga MCA and Nzioka Waita supporter has said his life is in danger after he was attacked by Wavinya Ndeti goons.
Alexander Kathinzi was attacked by knife wielding gang and robbed of Sh.75,000.
The attack, executed at an interdenokinational prayer meeting in Machakos took place a few minutes before Raila Odinga’s arrival at the meeting.
Kathinzi has since reported the attack to Machakos Police Station.
At the same time, Kathinzi wants religious leaders who organised the event to write statements over utterances made during the event.
He said some of the religious leaders incited the goons against Nzioka Waita supporters.
“Why should religious leaders show open discrimination during a national event? Is this right?”, he posed.
He said he will not be cowed into supporting Wavinya and said the move had emboldened him.
“The battle in Machakos must remain between Waita and Wavinya. Dr. Kalonzo Musyoka must stay away and allow us to teach Wavinya a political lesson,” he said.
