14 people have died after a car belonging to journalists in the convoy of Mwanza Regional Commissioner collided with a small passenger car.
Reports indicate that five journalists were among those killed in the crash.
According to local media, the incident occurred after the minivan lost control while overtaking another car.
The journalists who died in the accident are ITV’s Husna Mlanzi, Antony Chuwa, Icon’s Vanny Charles, Abel Ngapemba Regional Information Officer, Johari Shani of Uhuru Digital.
