The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) will move to court on Monday to challenge the ongoing curfew by the Goverment.
In a tweet Nelson Havi, the LSK President termed the curfew unconstitutional.
At the same time, Havi has condemned police brutality during the enforcement of the curfew and urged citizens to document the injustices and forward to LSK.
Havi called for resignation of CS Fred Matiangi over the police brutality.
