Ndichu Twins To Resume Assault Case

Paul and Eddie Ndichu, twin brothers, are scheduled to appear in court next week to face criminal charges in the continuing case in which they are accused of assault and intentional damage to property.

Last Monday, the two were scheduled to enter a plea, but the court was informed that they did not fall within the jurisdiction of the court.

Chief magistrate Ann Mwangi has ordered them to appear in court on March 9.

Paul Mwaura Ndichu is suspected of attacking Cheryl Murgor on the night of October 16 and 17, 2021 at Nairobi’s Emara Ole Sereni Hotel.

He is accused of inflicting her bodily harm, in violation of Section 251 of the Penal Code Chapter 63.

On the same night at the Nairobi hotel, Paul and his brother Eddie Wanyoike Ndichu are also accused of willingly and unlawfully destroying a car belonging to Samuel Dennis Ramdas.

Paul is also accused of attacking Chelimo Murgor, Cheryl’s sister Stephanie, Ramdas, and Patrick Koech on four different instances.
