Police officers from Shauri Moyo Police Station arrested two suspects after acting on information received from members of the public and raided a premise along Majengo- Digo Road.
According to the National Police Service (NPS), the officers conducted a search and found 46 mobile phones suspected to have been stolen.
The two have been placed in custody awaiting processing and arraignment.
“We thank members of the public for providing information that led to the successful recovery of the mobile phones and arrest of the suspects,” the NPS said.
