Kabete Polytechnic student nabbed with bang

Abraham Onyango, a student at kabete national polytechnic appeared today before senior principal magistrate Esther Boke in kibera and was indicted of being in custody of 10 rolls of bang and weed cookie valued at 1,000.  

Onyango was arrested on January 21st and detained at kabete police station.

The accused however pleaded not guilty of the charge and in addition beseeched the court to have mercy on him since he believed that it was a frame from a group of malicious people.

He was released on Sh20, 000 bond with an alternative cash bail of 15,000. His case will be heard on March 26th, 2020.
