A crooked Security guard Stephen Aise, was detailed to guard Hairus Hamaji House Parklands, has been charged of conspiracy, breaking and stealing. Mr Aise is accused of stealing household goods valued at KSH150,000.
He denied the charges as read out by Kibera Senior Resident Magistrate Renee Kitagwa. He was released on a bond of KSH 300,000/-.
