Police Summons Another Bungoma ‘Prophet’ With 42 Wives, 289 Children

The Bungoma police Commander, Francis Kooli, paid a visit to Nabii Yohana V., the self-proclaimed leader of Muungano church for all Nations, which is located in Nandolia village, Kanduyi, Bungoma County.

Nabii Yohana wa Tano, whose real name is Geoffrey Wanyama Nakalila, has 42 wives, the youngest of whom is 24 years old.

Yohana, 83, has 289 children.

The police commander asked Nabii to appear in his office on June 2nd for questioning.

Nabii Yohana the Fifth created his own Bible with 93 books, which differs from the standard Holy Bible, which has only 66 books.

In addition, he has introduced 12 commandments rather than the traditional ten commandments passed down by biblical Moses.

This has sparked outrage among the locals, with some calling for Nabii’s arrest for his teachings and questioning the Bible he wrote.

Locals were concerned about whether Nabii’s bible and religious activities met the standards of the Kenyan constitution as outlined in the Books and Newspapers Act.
