Rigathi Gachagua, a Mathira Member of Parliament, has been arrested by DCI Officers.
He was whisked away by detectives from his Nyeri home, over his role in a 12 billion multi-tender deals.
Gachagua will be held in detention for the weekend.
According to Dennis Itumbi, the UDA Spokesperson, Gachagua was arrested for two reasons.
One, because he campaigned for the UDA in the Kiambaa by-elections, and two, because two judges were arrested yesterday.
Dennis Itumbi, a spokesman for the Hustler Nation, revealed that some politicians and individuals who financed, campaigned, and assisted the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) candidate in Kiambaa will be imprisoned.
